SHIPPING

Your order is shipped from Hawaii using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Unless you make a sticker/postcard-only purchase, this storefront will use calculated shipping. We use letter mail to ship out sticker/postcard-only purchases to keep shipping cost low. Be aware that letter mail does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select a different and appropriate shipping option.

Domestic orders can take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks to reach you. International orders may take anywhere between 2 - 12 weeks. Unfortunately, we do not ship to EU/UK countries via this storefront due to VAT laws. If you are an EU/UK shopper, please visit this storefront instead.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

PACKAGING

Sticker/postcard-only orders are packaged as letter mail in a brown craft paper envelope and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Flat-only Items (Art Prints, stickers, etc.) are packed in envelopes with cardboard and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Posters larger than 5"x7" will be carefully rolled into a tube and shipped within 1-2 weeks. If a poster is part of an order with other items, the poster will be rolled and placed with the other items in a box.

All other orders will be shipped in a pink bubble mailer within 1-2 weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final and we do not accept returns on orders. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Exchanges are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. You may contact us via email: xxmissarichanxx(at)gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Contact us via email - xxmissarichanxx(at)gmail.com - regarding any order changes/cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. Note that once payment for an order has been received and the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it and we will not refund you.

EU/UK SHOPPERS

EU/UK shoppers will be directed to our Etsy shop. Please be aware that listings on our Etsy storefront are higher than our main storefront to account for Etsy fees. Also note that our Etsy storefront is updated later than our main storefront.
